SportsModels Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SportsModels accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data in connection with the SportsModels analytics and automation system.
Google user data accessed
SportsModels requests access to Google Drive through Google OAuth. This access may allow the application to read, create, update, organize, and store files in the authorized Google Drive account as needed to operate the SportsModels system.
How Google user data is used
Google Drive data is used solely to operate and maintain SportsModels. This includes storing and retrieving model outputs, historical records, performance ledgers, configuration artifacts, reports, and other files required for the application's sports analytics and automation workflows.
Data storage and security
OAuth credentials and application secrets are stored in secured application infrastructure and are used only to authenticate SportsModels to Google services. SportsModels does not intentionally expose Google user data publicly.
Data sharing
SportsModels does not sell Google user data. SportsModels does not use Google user data for advertising. Google user data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the application's underlying infrastructure or when required by law.
Limited Use
SportsModels' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention and deletion
Files stored in Google Drive remain under the control of the Google account owner and may be deleted by the owner. Application credentials or locally stored operational data may also be removed when no longer needed for the SportsModels workflow.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if SportsModels changes how it accesses or uses Google user data. The current version will remain available at this URL.
